  • Do you offer personal training?
    Yes! Personal training is offered throughout the week. Visit the SIGN UP tab to see all packages. Use the SERVICES tab to schedule your personal training session.
  • What are your hours?
    Studio hours vary daily from Monday – Saturday.
  • What is the bootcamp schedule?
    The boot camp schedule can be found by using the SIGN UP tab. Then select classes.
  • How do I sign up for bootcamp?
    You may sign up for boot camp by selecting the SIGN UP tab. Use the CLASSES tab to schedule your bootcamp class.
  • Is the class for beginners or experts?
    The class is designed for all levels of fitness. Adjustments are made if necessary for a client’s needs.
  • Are packages offered?
    Multiple packages and memberships are offered. Use the SIGN UP tab to view. Use the SERVICES tab to schedule your personal training session or the CLASSES tab to schedule your bootcamp class.
  • What is the attendance policy?
    If you have scheduled a class or a session, you are expected to do so. Failure to do so without rescheduling or contact with the instructor will result in a loss of that class or session. Multiple cancellations or no shows will result in a loss of that package.
  • What is the lateness policy?
    If you are late to boot camp, you are still allowed to join the class. Your class will still count towards your package no matter when you join the class. If you are late to a personal training session, you will cut into your own training time. You are alloted one hour of scheduled training time.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If you are unable to attend an in person boot camp class or a personal training session that you have signed up for, you must cancel/reschedule your spot in your profile or your confirmation email. Failure to do so will result in a loss of that class/session. Emergencies happen. Contact your trainer if necessary. If an agreement is reached, exceptions can be made. It is not necessary to cancel an online class if you have the online membership. There are NO REFUNDS for a cancelled SINGLE PURCHASED ONLINE CLASS. If you wish to cancel your ONLINE membership, contact HHBCNY directly.
  • What is the refund policy?
    All refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Personal Training sessions and Boot Camp classes that are not cancelled or rescheduled on time will not be eligible for a refund and that session/class will be lost. All Boot Camp packages have a 4 month time limit to complete. All Personal Training packages have a 4 month time limit to complete. Failure to do so will result in a loss of that package. If an agreement has been reached between the trainer and client, exceptions can be made.
