At His and Hers Boot Camp NY, we believe in the power of fitness for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Our International Women's Day Boot Camp, launched in 2016, was a spur of the moment idea to celebrate the strength and spirit of women everywhere. Since then, we have hosted eight events and more than 700 participants, with sponsors including NFL Wide Receiver Kalief Raymond, State Farm, Foot Locker, Koia and others. We strive to bring people together in celebration of women and to raise awareness for how the world can do better for women.
